There are many elementals still working with those of us on earth.  Many of them have transitioned off the earth, but for those remaining, they too are vibrating at a higher level of awareness.  We can talk wit them, feel what it is to be them and see what information they may have about the earth changes taking place.  In addition, if you create a relationship with them, they will be there to assist you in a stronger way.
